Dear colleagues,
we have also noted our principles in English here.
Please understand that we do not offer translations of every other page, as this would be a huge undertaking....
Please use the right mouse button translation function or another translation tool on the other pages.
However, you are also welcome to contact us and we will speak to and with you in English.
Paul in particular is always happy to hear from anyone who wants to communicate in English with him. :-)
MACH MIT –
Saving jobs instead of sugarcoating the situation.
Renaming, rebranding, realignment – when these things put jobs at risk, works councils need to speak up and get involved. We won't stand by and watch when transformation is carried out at the expense of employees.
A social plan means responsibility.
When people have to leave, fair and robust regulations are needed. An ongoing social plan must not be a carte blanche. We examine closely: is Transformation 2024+ really covered? Where improvements are needed, we demand clear solutions. Simple. Personal. Fair.
Making mobile work modern and fair.
Away from rigid 50:50 rules. No more envy discussions. Flexible solutions must be possible – especially where they support people with disabilities. Fair, transparent and practicable.
Using artificial intelligence with perspective.
AI must not be a pretext for permanent job cuts. When tasks are eliminated, new perspectives must emerge. This includes training, further development and new roles for experienced colleagues.
Secure fixed allowances – no two-tier remuneration.
It is unacceptable that AT employees receive fixed functional allowances as part of their salary, while other colleagues are expected to earn more than half of their remuneration through target agreements. Mobility and responsibility must not be valued differently. We stand for reliable salary components instead of growing uncertainty.
